*Basic plumbing and electric – changing out light bulbs and flush valves *Painting doors and walls where necessary. * Perform corrective and preventive plumbing maintenance * Perform corrective and preventive maintenance using tools and equipment as required (e.g. repair shelves and cabinets, patch and paint drywall, repair floor tiles, replace base molding, minor repairs on locks and doors, etc.). * Perform light electrical repairs (e.g. electrical maintenance on receptacles and light switches, replace light bulbs and ballasts).
