DescriptionPicture rolling hills covered in lavender, herbs, olive trees, and grape vines. You'll recreate the aromas and flavors of Provence as you and your team produce these favorites: a traditional flatbread; sauteed shrimp with fennel, garlic, and Pernod; chicken breasts stuffed with goat cheese, herbs, and olives; broiled tomatoes topped with breadcrumbs and herbs; baked eggplant slices layered with tomatoes and herbs; and, for dessert, baked apricots with lavender honey and ground almonds. At the end of class, you'll sit down to enjoy the feast that you and your teammates have created.
For ages 18 & up. 21 or older? You'll enjoy a glass of French wine that has been paired with the meal.
