Join us on October 12, 2022, at the Southwest Airlines Corporate Campus in Dallas for a half-day experience where you and 120+ fellow attendees will: Get a firsthand inside look into Southwest’s Culture Experience an (optional) interactive tour of Southwest’s Corporate Campus Interact with three panels of Southwest Leaders from various departments including: Culture & Engagement, Communications & Outreach, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Training & Development, Hospitality (Customer Service), and People (Human Resources) Attend a post-event happy hour where you can network with Southwest employees and fellow attendeesSouthwest Culture Connection provides a rare opportunity to learn from one of the world’s most admired organizational Cultures. The Culture Connection event is for anyone, regardless of your title or the size of your organization. The general registration ticket includes lunch, a presentation from Whitney Eichinger (Vice President, Culture and Engagement), an optional interactive tour of the Southwest Campus, and Q&A with three distinguished panels of Southwest leaders. You are also invited to a post-event happy hour to network with Southwest employees and fellow attendees. The VIP ticket includes all this plus participation in a moderated discussion the morning of the event, between Executive Vice President People & Communications, Linda Rutherford, and Ginger Hardage, former SVP Culture & Communications.
