Building off the success of their bi-monthly Taste of Africa Dinners, Mola Foods will launch Taste of Africa Lunch every Thursday between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. Reserve your seat before Wednesday by 12:00 PM. These lunches will include a choice of one of two dishes from Africa, each from a different country, and an African dessert. Lunch may be enjoyed at Mola Foods, or picked up and enjoyed elsewhere. Your palate will appreciate the deliciousness of the small size plates. African music in the background will delight your ears as you savor the meals. “Americans are very adventurous with ethnic cuisine from some parts of the world, but there is a lot of misunderstanding about African cuisine,” she said. “I want to reveal the diversity, deliciousness, and versatility of African food in a modern context,” she said. “My food is approachable, vibrant, and flavorful, and I hope it encourages people to open their hearts to African culture, too.” At the Taste of Africa lunch, meat and vegan dishes will be served with desserts compliment of @Lapetitecuisine “I’m hoping to attract adventurous people willing to try something new…I promise you will be surprised and delighted.” While enjoying a well-deserved lunch break.
