Mindfulness and meditation are skills you can learn to cope with stress, get a better night's rest, increase self-awareness , and achieve overall health and wellness.
This 3- hours in-person program is open to the UNH community. It is an opportunity to learn and practice mindfulness and meditation. Registration is limited. This retreat is only open to UNH students, faculty and staff.
