This event will also include a Q&A with one of the best expansion leaders in the country. About Mike:Mike practiced RE law for 17 yrs before he become a realtor in 2000. In 2008 Mike moved from a regional RE Company to KW and started the EZ Sales Team, that has now grown into the EZ Referral Network, a Top 10 KW Team. "EZ" stands for Greg Erlanger and Mike Zinicola. "The 3 best decisions I have made in my career are as follows:"1. Stopping the practice of law. I had no passion for it and I was merely a sufficient attorney. By partnering with local breweries, Pints for Purpose provides a platform for local charities to engage with the community in a fun environment while raising funds and inspiring volunteers. In its 1st year as a 501(c)3 non-profit, Pints has raised over $50,000 for local charities. In partnership with Hi-Wire Brewing, Pints for Purpose's September fundraiser benefits Knox Pride. KNOX PRIDE + KW RAINBOW NETWORKThe KW Rainbow Network supports a multi-faced Housing Initiative to increase homeownership & reduce homelessness in the LGBTQ+ community. Youth in our LGBTQ+ community are disproportionately vulnerable to a number of challenges, including homelessness and housing insecurity. Locally, Knox Pride works with the city's Youth Wins board to to assist youth (including those who are still in High School) to find stable housing and connect them to community resources for education, employment, and job training. These services help youth achieve stability and safety as they move on a path to self-sufficiency and sustainable life style.
