Fall is almost here! The days will soon become shorter, you can smell the air changing, and hear the call of the geese as they fly overhead for migration. Even the food seems to smell and taste better. Here comes the apples and pumpkin spice! In this Fall dinner class you will create a wonderful vegetarian meal with Chef Laura. Menu to include Toasted Baguette served with soft cheese and Apple/Green Tomato Chutney (now you know what to do with all those green tomatoes left on the vine), selection of cheeses (vegan option included), Caramelized Cauliflower and Cardamom roasted Carrots served over Wilted Greens with a Tahini Sauce, Cornbread and Candied Pumpkin topped with Roasted Walnuts, Pumpkin Seeds drizzled with Maple Syrup! What a great dinner for a Fall evening at home.
The cost for this class is $60/person. No refunds or credits will be given if canceled within 72 hours of the event.

What to Expect:
In this class, Chef Laura will teach you how to prepare each menu item. This is a hands-on class, and you will have the opportunity to participate in some of the preparation if you wish to do so. Please be prepared at check-in with your ID if you will have wine. Class participants will receive 20% off in-store purchases on the day of class (some exclusions may apply). You will have 30 minutes before and after the class to shop.
