The Quality Coach is delighted to announce registration is now open for our Fall 2022 HR Leadership Forum (HRLF). Come network with your colleagues, share and learn. Topic of discussion is: "Employment Law Matters and Concerns in the Workplace" Featuring Toni Douaihy Vice President, Assistant General Counsel, Macy's Toni is an experienced Assistant General Counsel with a demonstrated history of developing high-performing, business-focused teams of legal professionals in the Labor, Employment and Benefits Law space. She has been employed at May Co/Macy’s for over 25 years. As a result of her coast-to-coast work for an iconic American retailer, she is skilled in the full range of national, state and local labor and employment laws and has counseled business executives at all levels to develop creative solutions to difficult business and regulatory challenges. Toni is a strong professional with a JD from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law and BA in Spanish and in History from the University of Missouri-St. Louis.Our fall event will be held in partnership with East Central College at the ECC Training Center located in Union, MO.
