At three separate times, we will have a World Café model discussion where participants gather in groups to share responses to questions around issues of youth development and family life in Wayne County. What is the experience like growing up and living in Wayne County? What are possibilities that can be considered to improve our quality of life? What strengths should we build upon? Community Schools is a strategy that organizes the resource and voices of the community to promote youth well-being. Come help us gather perspectives from parents, youth, grandparents, community leaders, community agencies, school leaders and other stakeholders. We need all the voices and all of the perspectives to find common areas for celebration, consideration and growth. Imprint Coffee will be available all day and everyone will receive one free coffee. Refreshments will be provided at each session. Childcare will be provided at the sessions, too. Please choose one session to join us as a participant to make sure your voice is heard, and please help us reach out to families you know to make sure everyone’s voice is heard. The sessions will all be facilitated in the same manner. Please choose the session that best fits your schedule.
