ABOUT US Finnmark Property Services provides a wide range of maintenance and remodel construction services to the multi-family and HOA industries throughout Oregon and Washington. The maintenance departments provide Dryer Vent cleaning; Gutter Cleaning, Repair, and Installation; Window Cleaning; Chimney Cleaning and Repair; Pressure Washing; Roof Cleaning; and Moss Treatment services. ABOUT THE POSITION The Operations Manager is responsible for leading a team of approximately 16 remote field laborers in day to day operations to successful safety outcomes, meeting of production goals, effective budget management, and overall performance of the employees. Work with the leads and sales department to ensure all particulars of every job have been accurately assessed, assignments are clear, and all safety equipment and requirements are available and in place. Oversee that all requirements of job documentation are fulfilled; verify accurate timesheets; assist with trouble-shooting and resolving job issues as they arise; work with scheduling to ensure most efficient use of equipment and placement of employees. Offer training and direction to all as the jobs are in process, ensure the Crew Lead is in-sync with the progress of each job, and that quality and efficiency are achieved.
