Selene, LLC has a passion for collaborating with small businesses and the local organizations that support them. As a result, the organization has created the Minority Business Mixer. This will be a recurring, lively event focused on connecting local the ecosystem of minority and diverse business concerns within the Black-owned, Woman-owned, Hispanic-owned, Asian-owned, and LGBT-owned business community to corporate business leaders for networking and relationship building. The Minority Business Mixer is designed to provide a forum for minority and diverse business concerns and corporate partners throughout the Magic City to break the ice and establish meaningful business-to-business affiliations. The first mixer will be held to kickoff of UAB’s season opener against Alabama A&M University and their first matchup at Protective Stadium. There will be a full buffet by Nola Ice, bar, music by DJ Rahdu, delectable treats by Naughty But Nice Kettle Corn and more! This event is supported by Selene LLC, Citizen Trust Bank, Spire, South State Bank, Birmingham Business Alliance and Naughty But Nice Kettle Corn.
