Looking for experienced pool maintenance crew in the Miami-Dade area in Florida. We are a Property Preservation company that is in need of reliable, experienced pool maintenance crew in your area. Applicants must understand the requirement of completing work by the due date. Duties include completing the requested items on a work order and taking complete, detailed photos documenting all work performed and all bids placed. Clear and detailed photos are the basis of how we are paid, so attention to detail is a MUST. Work includes, but not limited to: - Weekly pool maintenance o Add shock to pool (if needed) o Skim pool for leaves o Clean/empty filter and baskets o Use testing strips to test pool (can get on Amazon or a pinch a penny store for cheap) o Show photos of the pool equipment such as pump etc. o Address We pay out to the contractors on a bi weekly basis.
