Join us to watch the amazing documentary Aftershock. This documentary explores the racial disparities within the medical system concerning birthing black women. While some may know of these issues very few of us know of solutions to help. This is where the panel discussion comes in. We will hear from various people in the birthing community to help give solutions for the issues that some are facing. While this documentary speaks to a specific group of people this event is an opportunity for those outside of the community to educate themselves and to learn how to be an advocate. This is an American issue that if not corrected will impact everyone regardless of background. So come out and join us.
