The Office of Continuing Education Presents Real Estate Pre-Licensing Program The Real Estate Salesperson Pre-Licensing course is offered in the CE Department as a non-credit, short-term program. The course introduces students to the language of the profession and basic theory underlying the duties and responsibilities of real estate licensees. COURSE OBJECTIVES Learn about Georgia Real Estate State Property Laws. Learn about listing and selling Real Estate. Learn about Property Management. Pre-requisite to the program will require a minimum of a High School Diploma or GED. Sessions: 25, Monday & Wednesday class schedule subject to change (including a free 6-hour Saturday cram course and book). Facilitated By Dr. Rita Drake Licensed Real Estate Instructor Please arrive at least 30 MINUTES before your scheduled class! You must bring VALID state-issued identification! Please print a copy of your confirmation/receipt and bring it with you to class! *NOTE: Refunds are only issued due to campus closure (ie. inclement weather/emergency) or insufficient enrollment. Each course is carefully monitored to ensure sufficient enrollment. Students will be notified at least 48 hours before the start of the class should cancellation be necessary.
