House Cleaner and Pet sitter/ dog walker needed

Looking for a flexible person to help with the home duties. ($200 per month) ($60) House cleaning Bi-weekly - Thursday afternoons preferred. 3 bed, 2 bath. Dusting, floors, kitchen counters, fridge, stove, oven, dishes, bath counters and tubs. ($20 per walk) Twice a week dog walking/ take to dog park - Tues & Thursdays around noon (Timing is flexible) for 1 hr.
