WE HAVE IMMEDIATE OPENINGS!!! Seeking to hire a well-rounded individual(s) experienced Subcontractors (1099) with drywall and patch repairs. As well has some knowledge of other construction trades/tasks as needed. We are a construction company that takes pride in our work and we are seeking an individual that takes pride in theirs as well. We do a lot of residential warranty work for some great companies. Paid Weekly. We are seeking someone that can work alone or with a crew to complete tasks given in a timely and efficient manner while providing a great experience for our customers and is able to represent our company in a professional manner. Requirements: * Must have a valid driver's license * Must be punctual and dependable * Must be able to lift, carry and place heavy objects up to 50 lbs. * Must have 3 years’ experience in drywall and drywall patch repairs * Must Be able to match all textures * Must be customer oriented and able to keep work areas clean * Must be able to demonstrate the ability to work well with others Job Types: Full-time, Contract (1099) Salary: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour Benefits: Referral program Experience: Construction: 3 years (Required)
