He also goes by Kev or Kev-Kat, lives 10 miles out of Ashland w/ sister, in Caldera regularly- out at Immigrant Lake almost every day. Drives older Toyota SUV- a Highlander(?) light colored. He's about 5ft 9 inches tall, longish dark hair, often in two braid/tails hanging in front. Caring & worried- lost his number. He was floating petitions for Betsy for governor. If you know him or have seen him, let me know- he probably lost the scrap my # was on. I appreciate any and all help.
