-Able to pull electrical permit and contact Pepco -Able to do heavy up - outside and upgrade electric circuit box to 200 amp -Install electric heater in 1st floor bathroom and 2nd floor bathroom -Install/add 5 double outlets above countertops plus new circuits for 4 appliances and 2 double outlets in the island I have the supplies - inside cables, outlets, switches and the 200 amp box
