The ideal candidate for this position must be highly motivated and able to work fast-paced high-volume environment and have the ability to communicate detailed repair processes with the Estimator. Auto Body Technician Responsibilities must have the ability to follow all workplace safety requirements, repair collision damaged vehicles according to OEM specifications and company standards, Perform structural or replacement repairs, airbag replacement, frame measuring, Perform different types of sheet metal welding and metal finishing, perform diagnostic tests to ensure that all issues have been detected and resolved before returning the car to the customer. They must keep personal work area organized and clean, return tools and maintain parts carts in an organized manner.
