The Dusting Divas is seeking experienced Residential Cleaner Supervisor. We are based out of Glen Burnie, MD. Typical starting schedule consists of a flexible 25-32 hours/week, Monday- Friday, full time. Weekends are available and a plus but not required. More hours are available if you are willing to work weekends and non prime hours. Why you should apply: Competitive pay ($18-$22 hour depending on your experience), Flexible hours (you can set your schedule), Willing to work with an awesome hard-working team Attributes we are looking for: Must be a detailed-oriented, hard worker and takes pride in your work Organized, team player and willing to drive Must be energetic and always have a great attitude Must be reliable and trustworthy Requirements: Must have a valid social security number and be authorized to work in the United States Willing to go through a background check prior to your start Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle 2 years of cleaning experience Speak fluent English A smartphone (iPhone or Android) Comfortable with arming and disarming alarms Washing rags and mop heads at home (cleaning supplies provided) Responsibilities will consist of: Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living rooms, and any other specific areas of a clients house Organizing areas and spaces Vacuuming, mopping and hand wiping floors Emptying trash and dispose of it properly And any other cleaning duties that will be provided Benefits: Flexible hours, tips We supply all the tools and supplies Mileage compensation 1099 contractor Bonus program Company events Please contact me if you think this would be a good fit for you.
