Gifted Drummer & Bassist needed for pro regional gigging band

My long standing drummer is moving on from the kit to pursue his own music. We have been playing an average of 2 band gigs a month within a 2 hour radius of home town Ithaca. The music features world rhythms and spans many genres and we have complex arrangements. It's danceable and fun and we're steadily growing in popularity. I'm looking for team players with great chops interested in playing live shows, growing with the band, willing to rehearse so we're super tight.
