Looking for a venue for a party that will take place in late September. Ideally looking for a large backyard space with a pool. Pool is preferred but not a must. Large backyards, ranches, large vacant lots can also be considered. Space needs to be big enough to fit 200+ people. Anywhere in Los Angeles, the San Fernando Valley, West LA, or East LA can work. Price negotiable depending on size of space, etc. Let's make a deal!
