To learn more, visit our website at www.craigtaylorequipment.com POSITION SUMMARY The Small Engine Equipment Service Technician position is responsible for performing work on small engine equipment. RESPONSIBILITIES · Inspect, troubleshoot, estimate repairs on engines, powertrains, electrical systems and more. · Competent and thorough use of internal computer systems, including electronic diagnostic tools, parts management and work order management software · Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS · Must have organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment · Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing work schedules · Must be a motivated self-starter who can maximize productivity while working independently · Strong communication and customer service skills are required · 5+ years of experience a plus - Must own basic set of tools to complete job duties · High school diploma or GED or a graduate of vocational technical school · Clean driving record and ability to pass drug screening test The above list reflects the general details necessary to describe the principle and essential functions of the position and shall not be construed as the only duties that may be assigned for the position. JOB REQUIREMENTS · Must be able to work 40+ hrs per week · Must be able to work a rotating Saturday schedule in the summer · Must be able to pass a drug screening PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Employees must be able to lift at least 30-45 pounds on a regular basis and be able to stand for long periods of time.
