Rehoming dropped off dog

A few weeks ago someone dropped off a dog into our backyard. She’s the sweetest girl but unfortunately we cannot keep her, we suspect she was dropped off because she had her collar and leash sitting by the tire of my car. From what we can tell she’s great with kids. She looks young, not a full year, maybe around 6-8 months. Has the face of a Bulldog but obviously mixed with something.. there’s a rehoming fee of $100, she comes with everything that we got her for a temporary stay- she will not go to the humane society. Like I said she’s a very sweet girl and deserves a great consistent home. Please message me for pictures!
