I am wanting to find someone to collaborate with to apply for TEDx Broadway this year or other TED music. A little about me, I have already done a TEDx talk and I will provide the link to my talk if you are interested in watching it. Once you do a TED talk they are addicting, like a tat. My musical background is this, I was one of the top sopranos in the state of Oregon in high school. I did voice lessons for many years. I have been in a progressive heavy metal band before and a prog rock band. I would like to be in another band if the opportunity arises. I have had the opportunity to work with some amazingly talented musicians. I would like to have that opportunity again. I know some things about the TEDx scene and it is a lot of fun. What I am looking for is a creative musician type that is open to writing music with me. That would be committed to doing the audition and this project whether we did TEDx Broadway or another TEDx that had music. I am open to individual or individuals singing but that is not necessary however what is necessary is being able to play an instrument really well. (I have training in piano and guitar but my skill set isn't strong in those areas). I am pretty easygoing and flexible on what we would do. I would hope that the people or person interested in this would be also. I would want to watch the venue and try to align with it so we could get on it. This is not a paid project. This is not about trying to get famous, although it couldn't hurt. This may or may not help you get exposure. There is no guarantee we will be accepted.
