I was just at home Depot in lemon Grove and there was a beautiful German Shepard pup running through the parking lot, it had a collar but it wouldn't stop for me. I was worried it was going to get hit by a car, it ran across Buena Vista towards the tire shop and disappeared It was around 745 pm😔
