enjoys:
ADMIN:
Answering and directing phone calls
Being a point of contact for a range of staff and external stakeholders
Helping management to follow up with daily tasks.
Greeting and directing visitors and new staff to the organization
Writing and issuing emails
Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
Answering and commenting on social media posts.
Finding ways to improve administrative processes
Property Management

An Administrator provides office and administrative support to our team. This role is vital for the smooth running of our business. Duties may include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, Social Media, word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations, and filing. Must love children, education, travel and more.

REQUIRED:
● Has the ability to work independently and is flexible, dependable, and prompt
● Has the ability to maintain discipline among the group while directing the
activities
● Comfortable working both in and outdoors
● Reliable and insured transportation
