Position Available: Fire Prevention/Weed Abatement Crew Member Hours: Monday through Friday 6:30am - 3:00pm Pay Scale: Start $15.00 per hour during probation/training Probation: 90 days Requirements: 18 years of age Valid California drivers license Application Process: Call 619-562-1058 Ext 302 for an application / interview. Fire Prevention Services, Inc. is looking to hire hard working, self motivated individuals willing to take on responsibilities and learn. Pay increases will be reviewed during probationary period. This position will involve the use of hand and power tools to perform fire prevention operations through the process of vegetation reduction/weed abatement. Interaction with governing authority, contractors and property owners. Fire Prevention Services, Inc. is contracted by local agencies to perform code compliance by the inspection, notification and abatement of hazardous vegetation. This abatement process is done primarily within San Diego County.
