Now hiring production supervisor for a large pipe manufacturing company in Phoenix. This is a direct hire position. Location: Phoenix, Arizona Pay: $24-$27/hr Job Summary: Supervise employees in production departments in the operations of the Phoenix facility. Produce pipe at or budgeted costs consistent with quality standards. Essential Job Functions: - Observe operational activities closely and direct changes in methods of operating work habits to correct operating problems and to maintain quality standards - Supervise and train assigned personnel in work, procedures, process standards, maintenance of safe work place, and good housekeeping - Review daily and weekly pipe production schedules to determine adherence to daily production schedules insuring 1 to 1 processing of pipe - Work with Quality Manager to manage QC activities in order to insure that the quality of product are in compliance with customer, company, and industry standards Minimum Qualifications: - High school or GED us required - 2-5 years of experience with knowledge and understanding in both iron ductile pipe making processes such as casting, melting, or annealing - Must possess the ability to direct and plan the work for employees For more info or to apply, contact Mae at (480) 869-4082.
