Mountain View Mobile Home Park currently under new management is looking for a new member for our maintenance and groundskeeper team. We are looking for a reliable person who enjoys "handyman" work as well as maintaining grounds. Entry level or experienced are both on target. Schedule is Monday-Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. Competitive Hourly Rate upon experience. Exceptional positive and collaborative staff culture. Holiday pay. Job Duties • Blow Park streets from corner to corner free of sand and debris. • Keep Park common areas clean daily this includes bathrooms, Laundry, pool deck, and clubhouse. • Walk-ways must remain free of debris, weeds, and sand. • Must have basic knowledge of changing broken water lines, sewer clogs, gas line changes, and electrical breaker changes. (Training available) • Tree trimming on bushes and small trees around park grounds. • Keep grass area maintained and clean. Must know how to Mow Lawn. • Must be able to use a snake to clear sewer lines and be willing to learn how to hydrojet the lines.
