Happy, healthy entrepreneurial couple (very busy, active in the community and constantly moving between houses/businesses) are seeking a House Manager to run a 4-story Zilker neighborhood household with two large (very spoiled) dogs. Position focus is on home and hospitality, personal care for owners, health, clothing, cooking, entertainment, lifestyle, holidays, gifting, project management, grocery shopping, daily house check, and errands. Must be strong and highly capable; a steady anchor for their busy lives. House Manager Training will be split between the Spicewood property and Zilker property before settling into a role in the city as we are at the ranch until the end of October. Responsibilities: Household Management/Care – Schedule tasks, house fully decorated but needs to be maintained at a high standard and feel welcoming for guests, house cleaning, laundry and clothing care, staff supervision/coordination, contractor management, dog care which includes feeding, walks, and vet care.​ Run errands for personal and house items. Events/​Entertaining– Coordinate regarding planning and support of house events, handle incoming guests. Emphasis on hospitality and service. Requisite Skills: Must have reliable transportation Outlook, Excel, and Google Drive proficient High level interpersonal skills, service-driven personality Organizational Ninja - Exceptional organization skills and communication skills Can-do, positive and loving attitude with follow-through Ability to multitask, hustle, and problem solve on the spot Ability to clean, cook, and manage multiple personalities and projects Must be able to work independently and in a team environment Need to be able to manage other staff (service providers, etc.) Must feel confident around large dogs Schedule: This is a full-time position.
