We are looking for wonderful people to join our staff, cleaning houses and commercial spaces, as our company expands. We are currently hiring for the position of: Lead Cleaning Professional Are you looking for a company that treats its employees with respect? Are you looking for a reliable schedule and reliable work? Green Earth House Cleaning has been operating for over 15 years and has a client list that is predominantly regularly scheduled service. We offer a comprehensive training program for about 7-9 days. Starting pay is $20/hr. We offer raises and issue bonuses based on performance. Paid drive time at your hourly rate and mileage reimbursement. And many clients tip! YOU MUST: Own your own reliable, insured vehicle and have a current drivers' license. Have regular internet access and a working cell phone that has the ability to send and receive text messages as a regular part of the job. Live in or near Portland. Have proof of vaccination. Be honest, reliable, hard-working, energetic, and be able to self-manage. Be available at least three full days a week between the hours of 9am and 5pm Monday through Friday. Be able to wear a mask a while working. We aim to ensure the highest level of safety for our staff! We are looking for staff that can work 18-34 hours per week. We can work with your schedule as long as you can work with ours. We are interested in hiring staff members who take pride in their work and enjoy making relationships with clients. Also, this is a part time position but not a temporary one; we ask that you commit to 6 months of employment with the intention of staying on longer. And we think you will!
