Building maintenance technician; light construction; 2 years work experience in a commercial environment is a plus; small tenant improvements, lighting, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fencing, and drywall experience are useful; Ideal Candidates will have Excellent customer facing skills; Good people skills; Professional image; be responsible, trustworthy, and a team player; ability to work on your own or with a crew; able to utilize a variety of tools and equipment, power construction equipment, measuring devices, power tools, and testing equipment; Reliable attendance record. Applicants MUST have a clean driving record. Company is an EOE and a Drug-Free Workplace. Motor Vehicle reports & background checks are required.
