Greater Boston Early Academy is conveniently located a block away from Malden Center orange line train station. We are the only Center around with our own private playground and parking lot ! Greater Boston Early Academy is a Christian based education that provides a safe, fun, high quality learning environment. Our goal is to nurture a sense of community within our center. This will be accomplished by fostering mutual love, respect and understanding through gentleness and patience with one another. We believe through loving and respecting one child at a time; our students will accomplish and reach all their developmental goals and milestones. Our unique teaching approach will provide a personal learning experience tailored to each individual's needs by promoting physical, cognitive, science- technology, English language acquisition, the arts, exposure to music, movement and positive social-emotional experiences. By integrating a bilingual based curriculum that includes cultures from all around the world including culinary experiences and music from different countries. This will create a solid foundation of understating, love and appreciation for our children, parents, teachers, peers, community and eventually the world around them! Our mission is to cultivate a strong understanding of the world and cultures around us. Our bilingual based curriculum will build a solid foundation to prepare the children for a successful future. A future based on love and acceptance of everyone. Age’s program serves Greater Boston Early Academy serves ages three months to six years of age Here is an overview of our Center. We have a combined experience of over 30 years. All of our teachers are certified by the Mass Department of Early Childhood Education. We are all CPR and first aid certified, also CORI checked yearly. All of our teachers and educators have a degree in child growth and development or are working towards one. We strictly adhere to COVID strict practices. We are a peanut free facility. You will get a daily report of your child's day, newsletters and much more! Our Core values are Love, nurturing, Knowledge and Care of each child ! To register you would need to leave a $50 deposit, fill out an enrollment package, immunization records, physical, lead test and then we would schedule an enrollment meeting. Also here is an overview of how we approach our curriculum, we use the HighScope guided curriculum. With over 50 years of early childhood education, HighScope bases its curriculum on a series of key development indicators (KDI) to design an encouraging classroom for every student. These KDIs guide teachers in choosing activities and projects appropriate for every age. They also help teachers understand and interpret young students’ needs and questions to best guide their learning. The act of play is at the center of all lessons. Teachers act as a partner to the child, encouraging development, problem-solving tactics, and conflict-resolution skills through hands-on projects.
