Magnetic door lock

Description

Have magnetic door lock installed, it powers on, both magnets activate, release button works but the locks don't hold the door closed. Theres a 600lbs and 1200lbs magnet installed. The exit button works, the key pad and code work. The magnet is not holding 1200lbs. Everything worked as it should for about an hour then the magnet got weak. It magnetizes but not to full strength. $150 to come out and fix the problem $0 if you are unable to complete. If you don't have a multi meter, step ladder ect then this is not for you. This is a service call not a reinstall ect. If it another part is needed I will provide.
