General Laborer / Landscaper / Property Preservation

Looking for 1-2 full time laborers for 5-6 days per week. We will be hiring one person to start ASAP. Landscaping or preservation experience preferred, but not required. Hard work, punctuality, and teamwork are a must! MUST be reliable, drug free, and have a dependable way to get to and from work every day. (Drivers license is necessary) This job is maintaining foreclosed homes so duties will vary. 90% of the work will be outside in all types of weather. This position is a full time, year round job which will change with the seasons. We are currently hiring for summer / fall season. From spring to fall we maintain the interior and exterior of these homes including grass cuts, landscaping packages, general maintenance, power washing, etc... Please understand this is NOT a part time job. This is also NOT a 9-5 position... Hours will vary day to day. Some days will be a little longer than others, some shorter, but will average out to about 8-9 hours per day total. I am looking for someone who will be on time, every day, ready and willing to put in a solid days work. My ideal candidate is someone who is not afraid of hard work / getting your hands dirty, and most of all DEPENDABLE. Pay will start at $150 per day and will increase over time for a dependable, honest, hard worker. If this sounds like you, and sounds like something you would be interested in, please contact me.
