Lost Black wallet

Searching for my missing black wallet. Happen anywhere between the hours of 1pm & 6pm. I’m not sure if I’d left @ Miquel park, on the route #12 bus @ 1:30pm time frame, or @ meadowood mall. Details inside: State ID, Alcohol awareness Card, 2 Banks debit cards, 2 Credit cards, some cash & promise ring given to me by GF owned by her passed father. Note: all bank cards & credit cards has been reported lost to prevent use. I just really want back my State ID & alcohol card as well as ring. Please whoever finds my wallet, could you return to address on my ID or contact me directly thanks.
