Hello my name is Raven. I have been raising large birds since I was 15. I am offering sanctuary to parrots who need to be rehomed. I specialize in aggressive parrots, particularly larger species. Behavioral problems make birds very dangerous and should not be sold. This also puts the bird at risk for being mistreated and sent from home to home like an unwanted orphan. I want to give them a happy and beautiful life. Please respond to this ad with: Photo of bird Name of bird Species Current diet Behavioral problems (aggression, plucking ect) Their current schedule or day to day routine Gender preference if they have one (this can be changed with training) Sex if known Health issues (over grown beak or nails, scissor beak ect) if you don’t know that’s okay but please be transparent. Wings clipped or not Able to fly or not You are welcomed to keep and sale the current cages and toys if you’d prefer to recoup some money. Or let your bird keep them so they have something familiar while transitioning to a new home. I however will not be contributing to people trying to sell their sick or neglected birds for a quick buck. If you truly love your bird and want what’s best for them then you will do the right thing for them. Aggressive birds are incredibly difficult to rehome and most people are not equipped or experienced enough to handle large aggressive birds who can and will remove chunks from theirs arms, faces or any other body part within reach. This is also legal liability as you can be sued for selling an aggressive bird and not disclosing it and the buyer is seriously hurt as a result. I love these amazing animals and dedicate my whole day to them. If you have a parrot you cannot care for any longer please bring them to me.
