If you do, I have a job for you. Any property you see that might need a little love (whether the roof is falling off or the grass is too long) I want you to write down the properties address and send it to me. If I'm able to close on any of these houses, I'll give you 1k, whether its wire, cash, or whatever other way. You can do this on the way to work, walking the dog, or even going out to take the trash. Doesn't matter you're age either if I get a deal you get 1k, simple as that.
