-No experience required -Training starts at $15/hr -Piece rate pay based on productivity after that up to $25/hr -Full-time preferred, you get better at the job the more consistently you do it -Views of trees and mountains from office -Work from home also possible -Can be standing or sitting -1099 Independent Contractor (take home 100% of your pay) -Training on my schedule, Make your own schedule after that Job Description: -Fast paced decision making based on data analytics -Pricing and conditioning products using listing software -Labeling and packaging inventory -Moving packed inventory -Making boxes Requirements: -Background check -Must be able to lift 50+lbs -Must be able to work without oversight -Must be able to follow a flow chart for decision making -Basic typing skills (can type without looking/pecking etc) -Understands or able to learn micro-efficiencies -Will do the job right before you do it fast Can work toward partnership: **If you’re also good with excel/sheets and can help set up inventory tracking, as well as have interest in investing in sourcing inventory, there are partnership opportunities available** Will be a good fit if you also like playing sports/games: -Ping Pong and Air Hockey tables in office -Team building pickup sporting events, Volleyball, Spikeball, Ultimate, Snowboard/Ski, foraging, cards, boardgames, D&D, MTG, etc. -Kitchen and Lounge areas, coffee, snacks and purified water provided, napping welcome, upbeat music and dancing while working encouraged **Text then call preferred**
