Day of Event Planner for small private event, contractor payment $35 per hour plus mileage, parking and any other incidentals Must have access to vehicle, valid drivers license and insurance, mileage reimbursed at IRS mileage rate Must be able to carry a box no more than 40lbs, manage curbs, stairs and narrow spaces During the event, wear professional looking black top, bottoms and shoes. Dates Friday Oct 21 daytime and Saturday Oct 22, 2022 3pm to 11pm Oct 21 Assist with preparing and packing tablescape to be transported Oct 22 Assist with setup and breakdown of tablescape supplies, package cake in boxes for guests to take at the end of event, return tablescape supplies to office.
