Seeking crew leaders/ skilled labor We are a smaller company with lots of work and potential. We perform almost all maintenance and construction services for residential and commercial properties. Skills we are looking for : -Experienced tradesmen/ contractors in (carpentry, drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical, flooring, concrete, landscaping, roofing, property maintenance, demo, fencing - all aspects of construction ) -Attention to detail. -Communication skills with clients/ tenets and crew members -Organization skills -Must have reliable transportation (company truck can be provided for crew leader) -Management experience is a plus We need to expand immediately and work multiple locations/ jobs at once. Non smoking work sites and trucks. We work hard and have fun. Safety is always priority. Pay range depending on experience and what skills, tools and services you can bring to the table. $19-$32 hour cash to start. Salary can be an option and commissions/ incentives will be available.
