What is a Hiring Event? - Think of it like a job fair, but through one company and more personal. Job fairs are a great way for employers to fill multiple roles quickly. Hiring is a human process, and they would like to meet you to see if you’re a fit! * If you have experience, we have many open positions in both leasing and maintenance! * If you do NOT have experience, ask our staffing managers about our FREE training programs. We help you get your foot in the door of a thriving industry to start your new career! **Make-Ready Technician - Main duties include turning apartments from start to finish for future, scheduled move-ins. Will also help with minor service requests around the community. **Maintenance Technician - Complete service requests and other maintenance items around the community to ensure safety measures and quality living. HVAC and other maintenance certifications are a huge plus! **Maintenance Supervisor - Coordinates the installation, maintenance, and repair work in or around community buildings. Managing a team of workers, regularly inspecting sites, executing work as necessary, maintaining equipment and assigning workers to various projects. **Leasing Professional - Tour prospective residents around the community, assist with gathering rent payments, prepare lease contracts, and schedule appointments for various activities **Assistant Manager - Supports and assists community manager in overseeing financial & operational facets, as well as duties of leasing professional **Community Manager - Accountable for all community operations. Effectively manage and coordinate persons, activates, and available resources in order to accomplish community objectives set forth by the Regional Manager and property owner. When can I come by? - We will be available for open interviews Wednesday, August 31st, 2022. Starting from 11:00am and ending at 1:00pm.
