Sweeper Truck Driver As a Sweeper Truck driver employed by Alff Construction, you will be responsible for completing the assigned parking lot sweeping schedule in a timely and efficient manner. The Sweeper Truck driver will perform quality work that meets the customer and owner’s expectations. They will communicate with peers and upper-level management effectively and clearly. This person will report directly to the Site Supervisor. Responsibilities Include: Follow the route for each designated night and remove anything foreign to the property (Ex. Trash, debris, sand/salt) Ensure sweeping is done on curbs, front of store, under parked cars, front of buildings, cast stall, behind the store, and any other areas of the parking lot. Follow instructions from supervisors to perform sweeping assigned lots Report issues with equipment or unsafe conditions Abide by safety procedures when using equipment Performs all duties assigned by management in a timely manner. Other duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities: Working knowledge of industry skills and equipment (landscaping, property maintenance) Superior time management Must be dependable, detail oriented, and adaptable to change Must maintain a high level of customer service in all aspects of position Valid Driver’s License Travel is required with 48 hour notice, and overtime is expected. Education and Experience: Background in property maintenance or landscaping is preferred, but not required. GED or High School Diploma Schedule: NIGHT SHIFTS Apply Here:
