Would anyone be interested in helping me start a Maker Lab business?

I'm interested in starting a maker lab/makerspace. I was thinking a good location would be somewhere near Fairbanks and I-4. If something like this has ever crossed your mind, please contact me. And just to make it clear, I'm looking for someone who would be an owner/manager, so they would contribute money to pay the rent if needed. Not someone who is just an employee, although I'll need those also. If this sounds interesting, please let me know what you could bring to the table. I have enough tools to set up the woodworking part of the shop, but I don't have a CNC, laser cutter, metal lathe or anything like that. If you have experience with metalworking, that would be helpful also.
