Retaining Wall Replacement

I have a retaining wall that has to be replaced. Remove old railroad ties, and replace with stacked stone wall. About 18 feet long, and 3.5 feet tall. The picture is the wall being replaced, A retaining wall made purely with gravity, and the stone that I want to use for the wall. The wall I am removing is in the picture, a leaning wall that I want to copy, and the stone, silver mist builders. Approximately 4 tons of stone to lay.
