Must Be able to pass a Background Check Must have an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card - IVP certified Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday – Friday 12:00pm – 8:30pm Pay Rate: $22.00/hr Currently seeking a highly motivated candidate to fill a Janitor role in Waddell, AZ. To be considered, the ideal candidate will hold a high school diploma or GED and have at least 1 year of working experience. Must provide valid Fingerprint Clearance Card Responsibilities of the Cleaning / Janitorial Work Clean sinks, toilets, empty garbage cans, sweep, mop, and refill supplies in the restrooms Put away janitorial and restroom supplies. Vacuum, dust, and clean entrance glass in the reception area Empty garbage cans, vacuum, and dust in the office area Wipe down tables and counters, clean sinks, and vacuum in the break area. Assist in clean up around the facility when needed. Basic janitorial duties required. Requirements: High School Diploma or General Educational Diploma (GED) At least one year of working experience. Must pass the background check. Must possess a valid Fingerprint Clearance Card. Physical Requirements: Significant walking or other means of mobility. Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours). Ability to reach, bend, stoop, push and/or pull, and frequently lift, up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift/move 40 pounds. Must comply with any dress code requirements Working Conditions: Generally, in an indoor setting, however, may participate in outside activities and events. Varying schedule to include evenings, holidays, weekends, and extended hours as business dictates. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud. Wears protective clothing and/or Personal Protective Equipment required by the work environment or governmental regulations. Will be exposed to various cleaning chemicals
