Description

Months before the FBI's unprecedented raid on the home of former President Donald Trump, the Biden regime was working directly with the Department of Justice to lay the groundwork - despite claims by the White House that it had no prior knowledge of the raid. The details: Several White House memos and e-mails leaked to Just the News prove Joe Biden kicked off the FBI's newest Trump witch hunt because Biden CHOSE to waive Trump's executive privilege - an unprecedented action. Here's how it went down: 🗓️ February: Trump voluntarily handed over 15 boxes of presidential documents to the National Archives. 🗓️ April: The Department of Justice (DOJ) requests access to the 15 boxes. 🗓️ May 8: Biden hands them over and waives executive privilege on behalf of Trump. 🗓️ May 11: The DOJ subpoenas Trump, seeking more documents. 🗓️ August 8: The FBI raids Trump's home. Waiving a former President's privilege: Simply calling it 'unprecedented' is an understatement. The proper course of action in this transfer of documents from the National Archives to the DOJ would have been for DOJ to impanel a grand jury and subpoena them, giving Trump an option to legally assert his own executive privilege. Liberal constitutional lawyer Alan Dershowitz said: "The current president should not be able to waive the executive privilege of a predecessor, without the consent of the former president. Otherwise, [privilege] means nothing. What president will ever discuss anything in private if he knows the man who beat him can and will disclose it." Big picture: The day after the raid, the White House Press Secretary said, "The president was not briefed, was not aware of it." We knew that was a lie, but now we have proof. As John Solomon, founder of Just the News puts it: "When the raid occurred, the Biden White House acted like they didn't know what was going on... But the truth of the matter is that... Joe Biden himself was at the ignition point of this investigation. Think about that. The man who "defeated" Trump in 2020, expects to potentially run against him in 2024, was involved in sticking the FBI on the leader of the political opposition party." The next Republican to become President may on day one return the favor. He or she chould waive Joe Biden's executive privilege on presidential records related to covid. He or she should waive Barack Obama's president records related to Fast & Furious. If Republicans play the same games they do, will they stop escalating. Maybe a public trial is the best answer because while they Trump hate and you try to take care of your family: In July 2022, compared to the prior year: 🥪 Food prices rose 10.9% 🍼 Baby food rose 15% ⛽️ Gasoline rose 44% 💡 Home electricity rose 15.2% 💨 Home utility gas rose 20.5% 🚼 Infant and toddler clothes rose 8.2%
