Is there anywhere where you can go and pick your own produce and pay by the lb.? I remember being told of a farm near Morganton where for either.99 or $1.99 a lb. you could pick your okra, tomatoes, cukes, corn, etc. I don't mind driving Catawba, Lincoln, Buncombe, etc. I would love to show my grandson, this is how we did it when I was young.
