Painter Needed Immediately

Hello, I am looking to hire a painter immediately. Job requires you to do: 1. Light amount of overhead drywalling, maybe even just painting (TBD) 2. Paint scuffs along stairwell steps, behind wood railing, along white railing, and on walls 3. Paint wall scuffs and pvc pipe to match walls 4. Lightly sand the tan heater and extremely carefully paint it white (paint can't get on the heating coils) 5. Hang 6 blinds 6. General cleaning All supplies are provided and this job should only take about 1/2 day to complete.
